As the Founder and Owner, I am a certified Yoga RYT and Pilates Mat Instructor with over a decade of experience dedicated to creating mindful, balanced, and empowering classes. I teach Flow and Hatha Raja Vinyasa Yoga, focusing on breath, alignment, and the connection between mind and body. I also offer Pilates Mat sessions that emphasize strength, control, and endurance. I am passionate about guiding each individual on their wellness journey while fostering a supportive and uplifting environment.
